October 2007
What did you do before joining QubeGB?
Police Officer for Bedfordshire Constabulary
What does your job involve on a day-to-day basis?
My job role involves supervising the East Anglian engineers, checking their work standards and dealing with any issues that arise throughout the day. I also manage another project for QubeGB which gives me the experience I want at running projects.
What do you like about working at QubeGB?
I feel at QubeGB there is a good, open atmosphere where you can be open with line managers, operational managers and even the up to the level of directors. If you have any concerns or personal issues they are always willing to listen and help as best as they can. Also with QubeGB your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, which you don’t get from a lot of companies that you work for. A little recognition can go a long way.
What's your most memorable QubeGB experience so far?
I have had a few memorable experiences at QubeGB over the last few years, the most memorable experience was when I was given the chance to become a supervisor of the East Anglian engineers, and to take the lead on a project that QubeGB had undertaken at the same time. This has given me a wealth of experience and knowledge at my time at QubeGB.
What's your favourite album?
The Essential by Michael Jackson.
What's your stance on Marmite?
Can’t stand the stuff.
