When did you join QubeGB?
About 4 years ago in 2008.
What did you do before joining QubeGB?
Previous to joining QubeGB I worked as a quality controller for Mercedes Benz.
What does your job involve on a day-to-day basis?
On a day-to-day basis I carry out service and installation work to a large variety of our customers. The job demands a very high level of customer service at all times. I also work with different technologies these include: Fibre Optics, Wireless Communications and DSL.
What do you like about working at QubeGB?
I enjoy the freedom that working with QubeGB offers me, especially not being stuck in an office all day. I also enjoy seeing new things, meeting new people and always facing a new and different challenge each and everyday in a changing environment and the variety of customers and businesses we work with. Being part of a team is really important to me.
What's your most memorable QubeGB experience so far?
Recently a colleague and I enjoyed a wonderful trip to Northern Ireland where we had to carry out some work for the Royal Mail. It was great to get to see and experience other parts of the UK and learn more about our customers in other regions, it was certainly a change from the day to day.
